Stuff I'd like to see

Somebody

Cosmic Mongoose
Some of this might come up in already planned supplements but still...

Movers and Shackers A supplement on the nobles (focusing on the lower levels) and their entourage (that's mostly lacking in GT:Nobles) and the Megacorps. Information on how they interact, scenario ideas for intrigues on the courts. Give us more/new stuff on the nobility like "free" Barons (not attached to a planet/without office) and more life to the Baronett (Basically a stuffed shirt now) as well as meat on the noble orders and their interaction with high nobility.

The same supplement should/could also focus on TAS and make it more than a "High passage generator" and maybe add some other "we send you on adventures" agencies like the "Imperial Academy of Science" etc.

Tramps and Traders More background/fluff on the Frighters and their crew. From Hans Olo in his rusty 200dton Prometheus to Roi Danton in his souped up "Express/Frontier Freighter" Francis Drake. DGP's old "Starship Operators Manual" was a start but expand on that. Show us some of the workings in the lines, allow us to play Tukera/Oberlindes crews in "Explorative Trade" (like the adventure Merchant Cruiser with it's beautiful ship). Maybe introduce some organisations for ships crews (Captains Guild etc)

Twilight/Long Night SB The time between the final days of the second empire and the start of the third has many similarities to "Hard Times" but without the problems in ending it. A sourcebook for this period of time would be nice and allow for a wide variety of scenarios. Chasing pirats/raiders, diplomacy to keep a small group of worlds together/starfaring, running for needed tech, ...

Antares/Julian League SB Another "busy" sector of the 3I but without the "BRD-GDR border" element of SolRim/Spinward. An interesting boss (A Vagr Archduke) and an "enemy" that is a loose confederation of worlds. Trade, espionage, intrigue and pirat hunting.

Vagr Extends SB Okay, best done as a PDF where the map get's regenerated every six weeks ;) But again a territory that offers options and an unruly border. Unruly is good!

Empire SB As Kafka suggested in another thread

Oh and two "non Traveller" supplements

Polysotechnical League/Technical Civilisation The world of Niclas van Ryn, David Falkayn and Domenic Flandry. Poul Andersons work is one of the inspirations in Traveller so give us the original. Tech is not that different from Traveller, the universe is less stable and some concepts are better fleshed out

CoDominon/Future History From the early missions on Arrarat to a Moat around Murchinsons Eye. Give us Langston Fields and Alderson Drives, Saurons and Moaties, Haven, Spartha and all in between.

Very high on my list would be a Robot design system (Flynn, do you read
this ? :D ).
Otherwise my technology needs are well covered by the Central Supply
Catalog and Audace ad Gloriam, although an improved version of the ve-
hicle design system would also be welcome - right now I am using CORPS
or GURPS for vehicles.

I would also be very interested in a Mongoose Traveller versions of a World
Builder's Handbook, with good ideas for a world's society and culture as
well as its physical stats, and something like Pocket Empires, a kind of
Runequest Empires for Traveller that makes it possible to design and play
an entire state, both as a background for a campaign and as a separate
"mini game within the game", like the trade system.

And I am of course looking forward to Merchant Prince and hoping for a
good supplement on diplomacy and politics, too.

My Terran Dawn setting is in this time period and might interest you. So far I have a history PDF and a Solomani Rim sector map / UWP list set towards the end of the Long Night. I'm almost ready to release a 200 page rough draft concerning details about the Old Earth Union pocket empire within this area.

That's planned (from Mongoose Publishing), but don't know when we will see it.

Planned, hopefully World Builders Handbook will come along soon, this may cover it.

Something NEW rather than poor re-hashings of older stuff....

Want:
Setting independent Adventures. (Compatible with 3I is a plus.)
Detailed worlds/locations/cultures
Mercenary Ticket campaign
More alien/robot character creation
interesting gadgets (especially ones that have no game mechanics associated with them...ie fluff)
Character conflict resolution system vs task resolution system.
Deckplans
Maps

Better editing, design and layout.

Dont Want:
A new version of something that is not rule specific that has already been published. (ie: World Builders handbook, Alien modules, Fire Fusion Steel, etc...classic traveller or MegaTraveller adventures)
Ever More character career options and guns....

I would like more non-combat gear, and for that gear to have a lower-TL introduction and a somewhat faster progression (even if it has more options).

For example: Augments being introduced at TL 9-10, being fairly low priced and having a progression that goes to TL15-17.
Computer and sensor gear that gets smaller by TL and is introduced at TL 8-10.
