Starter mission 2

Hi
Can you give me advice on strategy for 6 Vorchans in defeating 2 G'Quans. I just cand beat it - even when I kill one of them.
Im really new to game

The Vorchan is a lousy ship. Take other ships and you can do it. Sulusts should do it.

Is there any scenery? If so, use it to hide behind. Don't stay in the G'Quans front arc, attack from the sides and rear. All Power To Engines and Come About are your friends, so use them frequently.

Fly the Vorchans like White Stars or Sunhawks and look after them, they should give you a good return.

All the G'Quan's side and rear weapons have range 8 if I remember correctly you should be able to stick outside his range (as described above) and use your 12 inch range main gun.

Otherwise its a really tough set up are you allowed to use any other ships?

no scenario is empty space with 36" between G'Quans and 6 Vorchans thats all. Winner is side which kills all ships . Thats All (No special actions in starter)

Run down the sides in two or three groups as fast as possibly and try to fight just out of his range. You may be able to kill them both if you can keep them turning.

Vorchans really struggle at staying at distance, compulsary 7" move forward makes it real hard, too fast for their own good.
