Starship Architect career?

A while back, I found an article in a Traveler supplement that detailed an Architect\Engineer career for Traveler.
It had the same layout as the new careers in the Traveler Companion (i.e. same black background with blue tables), but for the life of me, I have no idea what supplement it was.
Anyone know which book\supplement it is in?
I know I wasn't imagining it, as I have a character created using the article....

Naval architect was a skill.

I imagine it's a profession now, with some Navy officers acquiring it to design starwarships during their time in Navy Staff.

While the better qualified civilian ones design ultra sparky space yachts.
