Skinnie Buildings

I want to construct some Skinnie buildings, but the only thing I have to go on is the written descriptions that they look organic, like they were grown. Were there any pictures of the buildings in the series (I've never seen it?) Any pictures, sketchs available online?

Also, has anyone else out there built something that they want to show off?

They were all globular with pointy bitses in the series...

I made mine, a cross between organic and industrial. Think industrial with few to no right angles. Large slurpy cup lids work well for domes. Larger cheap bowls make buildings with card trim. Add tubes for stacks ect, and you have a interesting and different mix of shapes to work from.

This is one of my future projects for terrain. I'm probably going to have somebuildings look like the series structures, and I've spotted some vases actually that could be modified to look quite like them.

The original rulebook describes the rounded, almost organic appearance of the buildings. It also stipulates the primary construction material of their buildings as "Skinniesteel", which is sort of like brass in appearance.

The shaping allegedly stems from an almost organic/biological process by which the construction is initiated. This used to apply to all their technology, before Mongoose (rightly) ditched the horrible, bloated design of the old Skinnie weapons.
