ship reduced to negative speed...can it turn? + more Qs

Anbar

Mongoose
A ship reduced to zero-"negative" speed through criticals - is it able to then turn or is it stuck?

Similarly can it then be forced to drift if it then receives a "runs as adrift" via another critical?

Finally if it then goes "boom" via a end result of "runs as adrift then explodes" does it actually move anywhere or does it go "boom" on the spot seeing as it has no speed (from the previous criticals).

Upon that explosion it then blows up its escorting patrol ship, does the ship that caused the killing blow on the original ship get XP for the patrol blowing up as a result?

and, yes, we seem to be having a lot of weirdness going on in our games atm. :-)

If it has 0 speed It can only turn if it manages to All Stop and Pivot!

It can still run adrift - but obviously does not actually move - its dead in space, but this can matter for things like massdrivers.

It blows up on the spot

Yes I would think so it caused the destruction of both ships.

as long as you are having fun :)

thanks Matt, appreciate your time.

yeah lots of fun atm.

Currently in a rather large 6-player Homeworld campaign with 26 objectives and six races  :D
