SFOS Little confused

Ok i may have an older copy or something im just a little confused with one of the fleet entrys. In the PL Skirmish their is a menton of Earthforce One. What is this?

Earth Force One was the EA President's transport liner, it appears in the series a couple of times before being blown up at the tranist point at Io. In terms of stats I have no idea what the official line is but would assume it would be something like the space liner but with heaveier defences - it certainly doesn't seem to be an actual warship.

I actually cannot find its entry just a entry in the abbreviated ship list

That is a typo. EF1 isn't in the book.

It's probably similar to a Civilian Liner and would only be useful in scenarios anyway. Maybe an extra anti-fighter turret and Jump Point...

They were intending to put this in the new fleet list but dropped it later. The table at the beginning of the chapter was not updated to reflect this, in the edit that was published.

The lack of EF-1 stats was mentioned in the SFOS FAQ as being something we would need to wait for a leter supplement for.

oh i see. well it would probbaly not really need any new ships just some special battles you could refight and some good history of the engagment

might be a project for S+P? write a few scenarios, could be fun.

I have had such a series of scenarios on the back burner for a while, basically every major onscreen battle post Coriana VI until the liberation of Earth.

That is something I would love to actually have as a nice clean scenario book, all the on screen battles.
