Picked up some nice stuff thanks - although it was a bit wierd watching the bids for one Drazi ship keep going up and up and up and nearly identical ones not even being bid on!?

ebay is a strange magical place. I watched a railways station for hornby sell for £4 (retail is about £35 i think) next one that came up i bid on, and it eventually sold for £62?!.... 3 days apart the closing dates were...

Indeed - one Sunhawk went for £6, another identical one for £26! To the same person as well!

Think that's amazing, that's nothing compared to Blue Stars, about 2cm long and they went for £18, £17, £16 and £10.50!

This would be why I'm looking at other models I can proxy in or even convert for my next fleet, I can't find half of what I'm looking for and what I can find is more than I'm willing to part with.

I think I'm going to have to practice with the old green stuff soon, either that or find some model octopus to cut up (no clues there at all!)

Ah my mate sold his Vorlons recently, they went for quite reasonable prices...

Ah close. I really only wanted the tentacles to file smooth and use as the spikes/prongs/etc for some shadow tech upgrade on EA ships for a Psi Corps fleet. Very limited range of ships but with the option for EA allies and some very interesting rules they should make for a fun fleet. I never go for the mainstream I guess, you might see me wielding my Vree this weekend, which I've been persevering with since long before they were a popular fleet.

Ah Psi Corps... limited range yeah, but they're mostly awesome ships. Especially the Hunter...
