Seen Ships of the Galaxy lately?

could be a back-up at the printers? I read that the layout of Armageddon is getting re-done.
Either way, if it means a better edited product, I'm all for them taking their time.

I think I would have got it with the other books that I ordered (Shipbuilders manual, Drakh, Faith & Fervor and Ruins of Hyboria), but I got a mail that said that it was out of stock (or something) so they would send it to me later.

Got my playtest copy today, looks good...not every ship is illsutrated which is a little disappointing but a lot are.

great book.

Disappointing but not entirely surprising. I'm curious though, whether every ship that has ever appeared in a B5 supplement is actually in there, as Matt posted in the Things We Do Not Love About B5 RPG (please get involved!) thread.

Existing supplements will not, repeat NOT, be invalidated. Parts of them will (such as the stat blocks for ships, as we will likely have a new system for them) but we wil make this as painless as possible. For ships, for example, we will have all major ships (with new stat blocks) in the main rulebook. Every other ship that has ever appeared in B5 (and our past supplements) will be updated in one volume, Ships of the Galaxy - a mighty tome that will look so pretty, you are going to want it anyway :)

That, I believe, will be the biggest change in terms of existing supplements - we will likely have a small chapter in the main rulebook devoted to other changes needed to supplements if, indeed, that much is needed.

Well almost every ship is there the only ones which off the top of my head dont seem to be are the many variants included for the EA ships in the EA sourcebook. Which is not however to say the EA ships dont have variants included but those that are arent really recognisable as those from the Ea book and are named differently.

Also although you get blurb on each ship you dont get the First Produced, notable vessels of the type and other hisotircal info on the vessels that you got in the EA sourcebook that I really liked.. but likely for space this was left out as the book does have a HECK of a lot of ships in it.

Actually, that's a good point, as I haven't seen a list anywhere of what races have ships that appear in the book.

Does anyone have a list of what races have ships in the book? It is just the main ones (Minbari, Human, Narn, Centauri, League) or are there some others in there as well?

Cheers for that, sounds like another dent in my bank balance... :)
