It really is just a PDF generated off of TravellerMap.com (data is a year old, I can't recall what's changed since then) with minimal intro at the start and credits for each sector at the end.

But it does have a nice cover by Ian Stead and works offline!

Well I can tell from the preview that Vanguard Reaches and The Beyond are previous versions; not sure if they're included in the detail. Other than that, it's hard to tell.
