Science Fiction Legend

Hopeless

What I'd like to see is a science fiction version of the Legend game system.

You have basic roleplaying which covers various genres and yet here we have Legend which seems more focused on historical eras than genres.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but I'm looking at whats been released and wondering what else came be done with that system.

Quite a definite buy here.

Let me add at least covering technology, background, and personalty types from our Feudal period (what most fantasy settings are based on) up through modern and then (separately) sci-fi.

I've got a list of pulp professions with skill bonuses. It includes a few new Advanced Skills such as Academics, and Science. More modern equivalents to the Lore skill. To make the list more modern or futuristic just add some more professions such as Techie, and the Advanced skills Computers.

Currently I am working on some automobile chase and general rules. They are mostly intended for pulp games, but they could be adapted to support other kinds of vehicles too.

Thanks for the link by the way (my manners are slipping!)

Not bad, maybe I've been a little spoiler with Traveller for wishing this was more Traveller 2300 in nature?!

Picked up both the character sheet and mercenary handbook, the system is Legend, would like to hear what others think about it. :?:
