Scenario support

Mongoose
Apologies if this query has already been dealt. In my view a new RPG lives or dies on the quality of its scenario material. Pavis, Borderlands and the Big Rubble ensured that RQ2 would become a classic game.

Are there any plans to support the Second Age setting with releases of this size and quality, and if so when?

I'm NDA'd, so I'm not sure I can give specifics.

I just outlined the plot for a Big campaign scenario that I'll be writing in the future.

And I'm so excited about starting it, I keep reading the blurb I wrote, over and over, and making more notes on what's going to be in it.

The short answer is, yes, Glorantha-specific scenarios are in the works. Probably the high point of my schedule, actually.

What ever you do please, please make sure you Save it on an external memory. Your PCs cannot cope with your Integrated Disorder rune!

I bought a pen drive - it was an event so freaking wise, so filled with forethought, that I almost mentioned it on my blog. That's how unused to thinking ahead I am. I almost felt the need to announce I'd done it.

And man, my PCs can't even cope with me using harsh language around them. That's how fragile they are. I have to say, like, 'poop' and 'tinkle' in case I offend them and they explode.

i have found a few players that i have had to curtail on their expletives.... pacifistic preists that use four letter anglo-saxon swear words.

I do like the sound of that! Was starting to despair after Rune of Chaos with 32 pages and few words per page.

I just worry, River of Craddles 176 pages, Sun County 128, Dorastor 128, all lots of words per pages & illustrations - will Mongoose ever print something like that?

(PS: Remember! All RQ opponents must have individual names! :D )

Even if they are just numerals in slightly obscure languages!

That will do well. And broo gangs must have at least some chaos features (preferably a funny one too, like "smells like baked bread" or "noses covering body - 100% smell skill").

:D
