S&P 39 ACTA ship stats, are they official?

The articles themselves do not state outright that these are official add ons to the ACTA stat set, and Matt has previously said that unless it says it's official it isn't.

So Matt, what's the good word?

So they're official but not as official as say the revised Saggi stats from S&P which are replacements for the ones in Armageddon then?

They are as official as you want them to be - we will certainly include them in our own tournaments, which I guess is as official as it gets. . .
