Russian confederation

Mr Evil

Mongoose
due to emergencie of coruption and the fact that many of the old communist system were still running the country, durring 2006 and concecutive years, the russian confederation eventualy formed, utalising its countries vast recourses with independent share holders.

the armed forces are under the control of its goverment still and training is maintained as it was during the early part of 2k, but the global ecconomy now helps pay part of this military machine, so russian forces acting in both the contries interests and concortium shareholders are now securing contested world assets and working on UN peice missions, for good face and financial reward.

the russian oil and diamond feilds are great assets for the russians and of late these recorces have required extra vigalance for their protection, and the goverment use troops to secure them so that the money and control goese straight back to the goverment and not un franchised shareholders.

ok thats the basis for how my russians are going to operate, basicly retaking resourses for the russian people, from what was formaly owned by share holders and companys that take not give to the russian people and goverment.

ok now i need your help guys

where can i get suitable modern russian figs in the right scale ???

so far i have a T90 and il probably stick with that for the time being for tanks, id like a bmp transport if possable, and of course the troopers.

pictures of russian uniforms would also be good for referance.

in advance thanks

Umm.... hmm... . Copper Stone produces a line of cold war era russians... and since i havn't seen any changes in uniforms and general infantry equipment, you should be good to go.

DDDs stuff:

no pics up yet, but judging off of the other stuff they do, these should be awesome, Withcsmeller covered my other suggestion, Mongrel Minis

Byram, master?

Something with that sentence just seems wrong

Anyhow, I came to think of something. The MEA uses the AK-103 rifles, so wouldn't it make sense if the Russians also used it? Just a thought, the guys who buy the guns walk around with better gear than the ones who sold them.

Just a thought though.
