For what it's worth, this (from memory) is how I did the Bazz Draconians from DL1 back in the day updated for RQII. It sort of shows how easy it is to take a D&D like critter and translate it to RQ. This primarily uses the Goblin's characteristics with a variation on the Gargoyle's Hit Locations. Note though that this is from the original DL modules (AD&D2?) so might not correspond to however they were updated for later D&D/d20.

Petrification. If a Baaz draconian receives a major wound to a vital location it instantly turns to stone (8 APs) for a period of 1D8 Combat Rounds before crumbling and dying. Any attack which causes a major wound to a vital location risks getting the weapon stuck. The attacker must succeed at an Easy (+20%) Evade skill test or the weapon gets stuck until the draconian crumbles. Any Impale causing a major wound this way will automatically get stuck.
