Rules clarifications

Just to start off with, loving your work Mongoose. You have produced a fast and addictive game that anyone can pick up in a couple of turns.

However, after a fairly decent sized game last night my gaming club has a few rules queries that I hope you can offer some insight into.

We ended up with a situation where destroyers with a target of 6+ that moved more than 7 inches were impossible to hit, is this correct? As a natural roll of a six is not a guaranteed hit and the -1 modifier made it impossibe to roll a required seven or more on a D6.

Spot on, but I understand this may be getting changed in the first expansion, Order of Battle (November)
 
I think I will employ the rule that if you need to role a seven then you need to roll a natural six followed by a reroll of 4 or greater for attack dice.
