[RQ Companion SRD] Courtesy skill question

Hello, while reading the RuneQuest Companion SRD I've found something that appears contradictory or, at least, confusing to me:

The SRD says (inside Courtesy skill description) this: "Civilised and Noble may include Courtesy in their list of selectable Advanced skills", but I can see in the table of new cultural backgrounds that Courtesy is one of the 'obligatory' advanced skills of Civilised, and not the selectable ones.

My question is, where's the mistake here? It's in the new cultural backgrounds table? Or in the Courtesy skill description?

By the way, I've just found a typo in the SRD:

In Oratory skill description it says: "Noble may include Courtesy in its list of selectable Advanced skills" when it should say: "Noble may include Oratory in its list of selectable Advanced skills".

Please, let me know if this isn't the right place to talk about corrections in the SRDs.
