Road of Kings and the Return

So my buddy got Return to the Road of Kings last week. We were both looking for the stats on King Conan and other known characters. But there aren't in there. And while there is a preview for the Road of Kings, it has a different border and isn't on the upcoming list of releases.

Is it a different edition or what, cause my buddy is rather pissed at the moment.

Return to the Road of Kings is an updated edition (80 more pages) of the original Road of Kings. The original book was designed for the first/Atlantean edition (in color) while Return is for the 2nd ed (and black & white). Some things weren't reprinted but Return is anyways more complete.

Which is listed as a preview for a book no longer in production. If it was listed as a web enhancement due to it not making it into the update, that would be one thing, but if you don't notice the difference in titles, you might wind up disappointed.
