I always thought that the chart for medical payments in the main book was a bit wonky (which is, I believe another of the "technical terms"?), so I made my own. Use it as you will.
Medical bills (1s5 amount is on a roll of 4+, 2nd is on a roll of 7+, 3rd is on a roll of 10+):
Army/Marines/Navy/Nobles: 75%, 100%, 100%
Agent/Merchant/Scholar/Scout: 50%/75%/100%
Citizen/Drifter/Entertainer/Rogue: 0%/50%/75%
In my experience, if the 3I military is going to pay for its military's medical bills in most cases, then it's going to pay for those of its nobles; further, scouts will likely have most of their bills taken care of.
