Pretty open, time zone is whatever you decide to run the game in. No specific scenario, again up to the one running the game.

• using whatever method you want (theatre of the mind, VTT, whatever)
• play at any time you want (use local time)
• seat as many players as you want

Doesn't even have to be a game - can be a workshop like How to Roll Up Characters, or Creating Compelling Adventures.
