Reaction Drives question

Still waiting for my copy of HG. I am adapting for the 2300 AD spacecraft rules, and was wondering if there are rules for reaction drives in HG.
I am also intersted to know if it has any lower tech alternitive power plants, such as MHD turbines, power cells, or solar panels.

There are rules for reaction drives for starships but they unfortunatley do not specify how much they cost (other than saying they cost less). As long as you're not worried about cost they work fine. The reaction drives for small craft do not have this problem.

There are rules for chemical power plants, solar sails, chemical batteries; didn't see anything about turbines.
