Re; D20 Martial Arts System

Hey all,

Well I hate to be a wet blanket but I'm appealing to the board if they have implemented the D20 Martial Arts system in the JD world. I'm running a particularly melee-combat heavy game and was wondering what problems people run into with this set of rules.

How does this work with the Martial Artist and Master Martial Artist from Most Wanted.

Also has anyone worked the Atlantis Prestige Classes into Criminal Organisations?
