Looking for an official answer for Vorlon/Shadow Personalities in a campaign setting.
1. The Scientific Outpost says : "A player who controls a scientific outpost may reroll both dice of a single Refits roll once per campaign turn. If this option is chosen the player must accept the second roll and may not chose to use the results of the first roll instead"
Can a Vorlon/Shadow player use this to reroll there Personalities for there ships?
2. Also the Brakiri have the ability to gain extra RR when refits are rolled, would this count for Vorlon/Shadow personalities also?
I know its the holiday weekend but would love an official answer, (hint, hint Matt ;P )
