In the text in Cities, a town is said to have "several hundred individuals living in them".
Yet, I look at the Community Population Levels chart on page 7, and the throw for an Average Town is 2d10 x 10. That's an average of a 100 folks.
Even an Overcrowded town only has an average of 300 folks.
That doesn't sound like "several hundred".
