How about a Pulp RPG given how long Pulp Cthulhu is coming along. The addition of Hero Points, Extra Actions and Legendary abilities to BRP/RQ seem to be the necessary changes to make CoC more of a Pulp style game.
It's been at least a few years for me. I started putting some rules together uisng the action rules from Nephilium, I also had a watered down version of the hero points and legendary abbilities too. This was a couple years prior to MRQ.
