Psy talent requirering high will

As characteristiques can only be be modified by +3 from leveling, how can a psy get to a will of +8 or +12. Is there any way to for your psy to use psychoportation or Summon Psychic Entity?

Am I missing something?

Talents of all types are undergoing the biggest revision of all at the moment - they will be much clearer to understand and much easier to get hold of!

This is good news. Although there are many talents in that game, accessing a large number of them was difficult unless playing campaign games.

Making the talents section slightly less arcane is definitely a good thing.
