Is there any other books besides the core rulebook that list psionics talents?

I'm working on this.
Of course, Mongoose Traveller v2 Core rulebook Update has psionics. And I've read that The Zhodani book and the Droyne book both have some psionics . But I haven't bought those yet.
Mongoose v1 has Book 4 Psion with a TON of skills/powers.
T4 Psionics Institute has about 12 Special skills/powers. Plus the main T4 book has "Direction" which is a skill/power I think is sorely missing from all of the other versions of Traveller.
TNE has a couple different skills/powers.
And I think those are all of the offshoots from Classic Traveller.
T5 has others I hear. But I still don't have that one.

When you say you are working on this, do you mean officially or unofficially?

And I have about 20 more of my own I'm trying to work up. I just put up a new one today with some new skills.

You should definitely submit what you make or publish it under TAS.

A new rule - don't want to say what for.
A new psion - that should be available to everyone. Don't worry it's not game-breaking - far from it.
Four new talents.
Stuff about items and several psionic items to be encountered.
Three new psionic organisms (plus ideas for several more). One of them is really complicated.
A new career and an idea for another one.
A few characters to meet along the way.
I'm going to look into what to do with JTAS, though I have terrible artistic skills so there are no pictures other than a couple created via image generation routines.

JTAS accepts submissions without art, Mongoose can do that in house.
Yeh but the articles are limited in size. One article is about 15 pages long.

You could do something similar.
Blogs are free. But I think you should publish under TAS.
