Problem with order

I orderd a Vorlon fleet set and when it arrived 2 of the destroyers have no forward tendrils and an additional set of fins. I tried emailing Mongoose but have had no reply. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had a post removed from thsi thread for no apparant reason either, no profanity, no erogatory comments, no argumentative comment, seemingly my regrets at certain incidents may be contrary to the forum rules?
