Privateer Press P3 paints - anyone used them?

I believe PP paints will be available in the UK, go to their site and you should find out when they will be released in the UK. I have not used them but from my understanding they have a retarder in them which allows you to blend your colors alot easier. The selection of colors will be limited at first. Hope this helps.

Should be avaiable, but supposedly you need to matt varnish them afterwards, they are glossy paints as its harder to chip. 8)

Oh. Fair enough, I use GW so I was comparing what people had said to that, I guess most of the people on the PP forums use vallejo (grrr damn paints).

I have used some of the P3 paints recently.

They're pretty good if you remember that a little of it goes a long way. As in "Wet your brush, touch the tip of the brush to the paint, and then paint.".

They can stand a good deal of dilution as well before becoming transparent, making thinning less of a headache. You'll need to keep your brush wet though, because the paint's consistancy is slightly thick.
