Okay So I did finaly manage to get these installed and they have stayed on solidly now for the better part of a month without problems.
I haven't had the time to do any filling, but i cut a small groove and glued the prongs down, then extended the part of the hull where they normally attach out arround the prong peices.... (edit: with brown stuff)
And yes i have painted over it for now, but i'll be going back to fix it up.... forgive the crappy photo quality, as that's taken with my webcam... don't actually have a real camerra or light box to take proper photos (let alone a macro feature)
