Predators in GoMC: Rules!

Ok, inspired by the Aliens (or should I say Incubi?) rules from the other thread, I've been working on Predator rules. These can be run alot more like a regular gang than the Aliens, but still with some significant differences. For example, the Predator recruiting/credits system is run on a trophy system, rather than credits/turfs. But, unlike Aliens, Predator turf can still be attacked in the same way as it can for other gangs. The difference here is that the Predators gain no credits from turfs, but from trophies instead. Judges may be called on Predator Hunting parties, but not BY them.

Stats:
Code:
Spd | Ag | Res | CC | Hts | Wtf | Predator Points
6" | 2+ | 8 | 4D | 4 | 2+ | 18

Traits:
Resist Arrest
Nerves of Steel
Scout
Slippery*

* On the roll of 1-3, the Predator is able to activate his self-destruct! This destroys the predator completely. If this is your only member of your Hunting Party, then it's OVER!

As you can see, Predators are more than a match for a Senior Judge, but considering there will be only one at first, a fairly inexperienced gang shouldn't find it too difficult to defeat. Of course, if the gang is too inexperienced, then it's time to call the judges. They've been getting reports of decapitated corpses with their spines ripped out for some time now... When comparing the Predator Hunting Party to Judges, the Predator Points should compare with Justice Points neatly. A Senior Judge with a bike should be fairly evenly matched, but the tek division would probably prefer the Predator to be encased in Riot Foam in order to be brought back for analysis. Although, this should never happen, due to the special modification of the "Slippery" rule.

Standard Equipment:
Hah, now, here's where it gets interesting. Predators are similar stats-wise to a Senior Judge, if not a little better. Added onto that is quite an effective arsenal of ranged and close combat weapons. I've stuck to three main weapons here without wanting to get too bogged down in creating new stats for stuff. The only exception is the "Disc" weapon.

Chameleon Suit (obviously!)
Medipack
Respirator

Weapons:
Shoulder mounted Lascannon (Laser Rifle stats)
Wrist Blades (knife stats)
Disc Weapon* (Las Cleaver Stats, see below)

Trophies: The Predator needs to collect trophies to prove to his hunting party that Mega City One is prime hunting grounds. Trophy points are awarded for every character a Predator kills, with different points depending on the type of characters killed. These are as follows:

8pps - Top Dog/Senior Judge/Alien
5pps - Any other Judge type
3pps - Any punk.
1pp- Any juve.

* Disc Weapon can be thrown or used in HtH combat. When used as a thrown weapon, use the following rules: SD - 1, Range - 10". Firstly, make an Ag roll to see if the disc hits the target. If the target is hit, make another Ag roll to see if it's caught on the return. If this is failed, the disc is lost for the duration of the game. (He has plenty more back with the ship)

They're coming!

The rules above make the predator a little too hard, I think, but they're still pretty good. This kind of thing is wide open to interpretation, though, which is what makes it so fun in my eyes! A game could be turned into a three-player match by simply adding a single predator, or even four-player with the addition of the judges (five player with Aliens!). Interestingly, once the Predator has started to decapitate a whole skedway-full of gangmembers an judges, would they be forced to team up to try and stop the ultimate hunter? Alternatively, a Judge (possibly a senior judge from a bad neighbourhood, called Harrigan?) pursuing a lone Predator across the rooftops might be forced to temporarily team up with his intergalactic perp once the two accidentally stumble upon a nest of Aliens in sector 27?

I think rules like these elevates this game above and beyond the "Gangs" restrictions of the original rules, allowing highly specialised scenarios that your experienced (and inexperienced) gangers are still able to take part in.

Not that I know the rule for GOMCONE that well.

I thought Vocal Mimcry, Self Destruct/huge bomb, and orbital air to ground missles would come in handy also.
