pre painted plastic

i read on the wikipedia page for this that in april its supposed their supposed to have pre painted plastic figures out is this merely rumor or is it true and if its true will that make the cost go down?

How would that make the cost go down? But yes, in april sst is switching to pre-painted mini, while battlefield EVO will be out in jan with pre-paints.

1. Old SST Minis will be still available
2. No one said it would get cheaper. But It'll be the same price because (a part of) the prepainting is integral part of the plastic molding.
If you plan it well, it does not have to be more expensive than normal plastic kits.

i was hoping that since they wouldnt be a solid metal it wouldnt cost as much thus making the price drop cause im poor. ah well im planning to take it up at 2007's origins anyway

Plastic costs more to make than metal anyway, and with the added painting cost. It should equal out.
