Possible slight problem with bluejay's calculator...

I am checking for lowest roll if both fail and highest rule if both succeed

Yet according to the clarification, this is not the case. Both failing is a re-roll condition (assuming that and has precedence over or).

So (1) is my reading of this correct, and (2) if so, how do the calculations work out?

Actually, if both fail and both tie it's reroll. Otherwise it's lowest roll if both fail and highest roll if both succeed.

Yeah, the clarification basically included details that I consider a tied result (i.e. both succeed and roll the same number or both fail and roll the same number).
