I didn't want to post this on the playtest thread, but thanks to Matt and the "5 Good Men" for releasing this to general population so that we can add our own input.

Test Plan document will be submitted within the next week for signoff by the 5 Good Men and Matt.

This is a statement of trust from Matt and Mongoose to us. I'm not about to let that down.

Open question --- when do playtest results have to be completed, documented, and submitted by?

Love that part What better way to get book done? Tell your customers to do it. Less work for you and if the customers aren't happy you can tell them it's your own fault :wink:

We testers asked Matt to open up the playetest a bit because we were down to three testers, and there had been constructive discussion on the stuff he had put in S&P.

Have to say I like what I see so far though I do see few potential problems(centauri wolf pack damage soaking pointed out in other thread comes to mind) but overall me likes! Can't wait for finished product.

Same here. Though I gripe about some of the things fairly vocally, for the most part I think they are fine and probably just need a tweak or two.

Would now be an inappropriate time to nag about the painting guide as well? ;-)

As I understand it... the upper tier testers, compile our notes, and submit them to Matt. So... shouldn't we just blame the Tier 2 Testers instead of Mongoose?

Alternatively, we could just blame Centauri players.
