Paranoia Mandatory Card Game: New Card Ideas

Hoping all goes well at GenCon, we can expect some serious PARANOIA Card Game playing in the very near future. As one of the lucky few to play the game so far, I'm already considering how to expand the game with new cards and rules.

To get started, I offer up a new Action Card and some thoughts on mutation in PARANOIA's Definitely Not Collectable Card Game.
