Under skills and training it says

Vacc Suit would mean you increase your Vacc Suit skill
by +1, or gain it at level 1 if you have no Vacc Suit skill
to begin with. If you have Vacc Suit 0, it increases to 1,
if you have Vacc Suit 3 it rises to 4, and so on.

However in the next section the skill limit is 4. So the wording "and so on" seams wrong to me.

Page 16 is referring about the limit during the Character Generation process. It does not restrict a character from training later on using the post career rules from reaching level 5.

I do wish they would clearly state a cap on skills at level 5 though.

And so on for other skills? We all know what is meant. Maybe the writing needs to be less casual or less off the cuff.

is within the Character Generation section and implying one can go higher.

And so on for other skills? Maybe the writing needs to be less casual or less off the cuff.

Now is the chance to make things clearer so that future readers of a final product don't have any confusion.

I just read that to mean I could go higher in the "post career" training just not during Character Generation process. But either way I do agree it could be written in a way to be much cleaner and clearer on both the limits and the intent of the rules.
