Pa angel skills

Not sure on this one, I believe it's one of those situations where everyone reads the rule and flubs it to just be more generalized. Then someone comes along and points out that there is no generalization.
Either that or its because no one uses the Angel gang as the Angels. They are just too cool of models to be limited to those strict rules.

Yeah I know what you mean (get it? Mean? Sorry) lol. I mean I'm happy to overlook it on the following. Number 1 it's pa angel. He's good with a gun to the point he prob can use rifle skills with a pistol. Number 2 I need to use them as the angels or I can't in shout at my opponent "going up to 4 on ya lawman!" so you see my quandary. I need to use them as angels lol. The issue isn't with me, but a mate I have who will spot it and will make me play by the written rules.
