Assuming you mean S&P then I'd guess the 1st of the month the same as every previous month and as for what it contains it could be anything

no he means the summer release. I suspect late summer myself, listening to some of the things apparantly coming in it, then you may not be too bothered!

Oh the whole powers and pricipalities book... well I'm reserving judgment till I see it but it seems to me that every supplement to date could have used at least a bit more playtesting time so personally I'd rather they take their time and release a nice balanced update to the game rather than a bunch of broken ships/fleets...

My WaW PDF is B&W, so I guess the answer is no.

don't know what they're doing "now", but I can't really see a reason for making black and white PDFs! The file size saving would really not be much. My PDFs from way back are the same as the printed book, rulebook B&W, fleet book colour.

Even if it were twice the size, color would make it far more than worth it. I'm loath to get a book photographed in color and printed in B&W, much less a PDF done the same.

Well, B&W would save a lot of bandwidth, thats for sure, since I won't be downloading it

The S&P are in colour so I would imagine they would continue the same way for PDF's
