Online forms?

Does anyone know of anyone doing some forms on their own, and where these are available?

What sort of forms did you have in mind? Completely new forms or just downloadable copies of existing ones?

Either will do. I know of the ones on the Mongoose site.

We used to have some online forms on our fansite, but unfortunately a mega-spam attempt forced us to disable that section temporarily. However, some of our members have been contributing lots of great form ideas on our forum. You can check that out here:

There are other form ideas floating around here and there on the forums, but you'll have to track those down yourself.
