Online B5 Campaign

It seems like many of us have some issue with finding players in our area. I am starting this thread to see who is interested in playing an online based B5 Campaign. I am not proposing to GM the game myself or what sort of software we should use. All that can be discussed once we evaluate general interest and availability.

I'm trying to post my availability, but converting it to GMT is driving me nuts. Is there an online calendar program like Outlook that we could use to coordinate our availability?

Sundays from 6pm to 6am Monday morning are best for me (GMT).

We could probably run 4 to 5 hour sessions to keep it short and sweet for those of us who have busy schedules.

Please post your thoughts, interest or availability. I'll check back in a few days.

If we used something like Teamspeak I'd be well up for that. Monday nights are ideal but I can do Sunday nights till maybe 1 am. And Saturday nights as well.

I posted my time in a different thread, but basically monday to wedneday is good. If you are in NY you are roughly 6 hours behined, and about nine or ten in LA.

I have to say I'd love to get in on this but I doubt I have the time to make it work. If you'll keep me informed on the time you settle on though I might be able to get in on it. Assuming it's an open invite game, that is. Either way, you'll have to keep us updated on how it's going!

If the forum-based text game was still functional, I could do that without any problem, though I've never known a text-based game to last very long. More's the pity.

If your interested in Live play, i could easily adapt Vassal ACTA for RPG. Currently it has D6.
But that could be changed to do D20 or more.
Using this program would allow everybody to see dice roll results, and there is a chat interface built in, just for typing.
Also its a free program.
Happy to help if its useful. :)

Vassal seems to work nicely enough for ACTA and would probably work well for B5 too. If we get enough people, I like the idea of going that route.

This weekend I was thinking that it may be best to split the groups along the Atlantic Ocean. Any times that would work for me to play would be from midnight to 6am GMT.

Who would play a US timezone game and who would play a European timezone game? If we get enough people signed on for either one of these we could move forward to the next step.

Count me in for a US time game.

I would be interested, but I am still getting my feet wet with the game, I don't even have a hard copy of the 2e book yet. If this starts, could I join later?
