OGL/GSL Dying Earth?

If Mongoose could acquire the rights to do a Dying Earth RPG using the OGL I'd be a very happy camper. I'd tolerate a GSL release, as I'd have to retrofit it for OGL.

Considering that Pelgrane Press held the license until recently and is still in talks to re-acquire it, this kind of venture would probably result in fan backlash.
