The Computer wouldn't have any personal use for a business suit - not having a body and all. However, upper Clearance executives would almost certainly wear them as a symbol of their authority. For them, a business suit suggests they've moved beyond simple manual labor and form-filling into a world of executive decisions and power-lunches.
