I would like to see more stuff for D20. 3 of the power classes are gone from the site, and all but one of the Cities of Fantasy are gone. I'd like to see more Power Classes, More Cities of Fantasy, and stuff to improve my game.
There is more to D20 than just Dungeons and Dragons, there is Star Wars, D20 Modern, D20 Future, etc. All of these genres could use a bit of the Mongoose Touch.
