I'm not sure if it's been posted elsewhere or not, but could someone perhaps provide me with the rest of the description for Zap I? It seems to have been cut off by an image, in my book, anyhow.
Also, unless I'm missing it somewhere, I can't really find HOW you spend the points for Heinous Drawbacks. Certainly, a feat isn't worth the same thing as say, one skill point or one ability score point, right?
