Mongoose
Anybody interested in Khitai or the Hyrkanian hordes should definately check this movie out.

Here's a link to it:

Words cannot do this film justice, but rest assured, if you are a Conan fan, this will definately entertain you!

You'd be surprised. Its nothing like the crouching tiger hidden dragon stuff. Very bloody and brutal combat, and barely any martial arts. Most of the weapons used are either mongol or european in nature as well.

Well, as long as it's not that "sissy dancing on wispy bamboo saplings" BS!
I may look into it.
Thanks for the heads up. 8)

Look out: Vincent Darlage presents...

Crouching Mongoose, Hidden Cimmerian!

REVIEWS:
"3 thumbs up!" says Rogert Ebert and Zombie Siskel.
"A hearty helping of heroism!" says Gene Shalit's moustache.

I confirm this movie is excellent. Not very Conan-like because he is more a loner, it is a great experience as a group though.
Moreover the plot could have been drawn by Howard.

I found mine in the "Foreign" section of my video store.
logical it's from south Korea.

I love the final battle around the fort at the end; we truly could think it's the Vilayet sea nearby.

I also enjoy the fact that the ending is not the typical hollywood "happily ever after" type of ending.

Very realistic, and yes, the final battle scene while smaller in scale, rivals that of some of the bigger budget movies we are seeing these days.
