I've been looking at the real world WW2 Soviet fleet.
There are a few more bits which can be added to their fleet list, without producing more stats. Some was stuff provided on Lend-Lease, others were ship classes which are close to ships in the existing fleet, so just a way to add more variety in models.

Hawker Hurricane
North American Р-51 Mustang
Supermarine Spitfire
Leningrad (Project 1) and Minsk (Project 38) class destroyer leaders - as Tashkent class destroyer leader
Project 7u and Project 30 class destroyers - as Gnevnyi class destroyer
Town class destroyer - as US Clemson class destroyer
