Mongoose really NEED to do this model!

My brother excitedly told me about an attack helicopter he saw on some programme yesterday and how it HAS to be done for BF:Evo

I present the Mangusta
A129.jpg

Why MUST it be done? Because Mangusta translates as (you guessed it...) Mongoose! :D

What a cool and appropriate addition to the EFTF forces!

Looks pretty cool, but seems pretty pointless to have as the EFTF are supposed to get the more high tech Eurocopter Tiger.

pointless!? but it is called MONGOOSE! :D

it could have been argued the leopard and Leclerc were pointless with the Challenger included

I think if this is not included at some future date, the ozone will implode and we will all be DOOOOOOMED!!!

The name alone gives it my vote, and of course with looks like a child born of an Apache/Cobra union with the wheels off an old Sikorsky S-58... What's not to like? Add the Apache's nose canon and this baby will be a golden.

*Votes with both hands, ballots of dead people in Chicago, and hanging chads in Florida to include the Mongoose helicopter in BF:Evo!* 8)

Actually not very widey exported at all (Turkey is the only export customer so far) - of course in 10-15 years........

Special Rule: held up at customs.

The Mangusta will arrive in 1d6 turns, after it finally clears customs.

Looks neat and should come in when the Italians get fleshed out.

mangusta is a design the chineese have ripped of for thier attack copter ;)

ive actualy got one on order from my local modle shop.

i luv helicopters

I knew that there had to be a reason as to why it is one of the fastest attack helicopters around!
(I seem to remember that it has a top speed that's greater than both the Cobra, Apache and Tiger!)

Probably should add "flies in an eratic manner, roll a scatter dice to find out where it heads this turn."

In all seriousness though it is a great helicopter.

Wait til we see the Gurkha's special rules!

Rulebook; Anyone firing on the Gurkha's must report to Mongoose HQ for immediate "re-education" by Ted

:D

They all appear to be 150 knots at top speed and the Apache 158

My mistake - speeds are comparable (it is manoeuvrability where, I have been told, the other smaller craft have an advantage over the Apache - mind you, I got thsi from a bunch of WAFUs so knowing my luck this is probably b*****ks too :D )
