Mongoose customer service(is good)

With all the negative hype over BFevo, everyone is coming down hard on mongoose.

Well, 2 weeks ago i got a Skinnie heavy raider speeder(and a few other things) from thewarstore.com. The heavy speader was missing the chassis section. so i emailed mongoose same day. aand Ted Chung was very cool. everything was sorted out same day.

today(two weeks to the dayi emailed them) i recieved the peice. probably would have gotten here 2 or 3 days ago, but both Ohio AND southern Ontario have been buried under varying(and large) amounts of snow.

Another example: delivery from UK to Poland in 5 days, weekend included. In the meantime I was informed that some of the minis are unavailable and asked would I prefer to wait for the ones I put in the order or to get other snipers sooner.

Imo MGP customer service is the last thing anybody could complain about - keep up the excellent work, gentlemen! <thumbs-up>

I'm not afraid of Ted, he likes me. Though both Old Bear and I have no idea why. Old Bear thinks it's because of all the time Ted spent on the rigs up North, he's gotten used to Jocks.

Though don't get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for Ted, and especially Eunice.

Theres just a tag in black spray paint 'Chung'.

The once or twice I've had questions or otherwise needed assistance, I also found the response time and quality to be excellent. No complaints there.

yup. i have almost one of everything for SST now. all of it is painted all, except the Reliant plateforms. they just don't suit my style of play.

I'd play BFevo as well, if the figures fit in with my already semi-large collection of TAG iraqis brits and americans. I can't even use the vehicles!
