Incidentally, we would very much recommend this show, and if you have a family, take them along - Expo makes sure there is always plenty of things to do for wives and children!

Thanks for that. This year we should have plenty of DR Who stuff going on with Daleks, various costumed groups as characters from the show, a Tardis as well as Star Wars storm troopers etc.
There should be some face painting as well as games for children and
families.
If you are a roleplayer there are now 3 days of roleplaying over 7 sessions and lots for the minis player as well as Board games and Card Games.

Gotta say this was an excellent con and my first year there. We ran four tables of Mongoose Traveller and they all worked well.
Plenty of varied stuff to do/see/play and help was always on hand. Having the red dalek chase me because I was ginger haired was rather disturbing though.
I can only ask the organisers give each attendee an extra few hundred to spend...my wallet is empty.

YEah, EXPO cost me a bomb last year, decided to save my money for Dragonmeet SW this year.

We had a great time at the Expo (apparently biggest ever on numbers through the door). A good opportunity to put faces to (online) names and see old friends. (Also helped by winning an award much to our surprise & delight)!
