Missing Terrain & Overland Movement Table?

Hi there!

Am I missing something? I can not seem to find this table in the rulebook. If it is indeed not available, should I instead use the table in the 'Dungeons & Dragons Player's handbook'? Is it the same one?

This came up not long after the RPG was released; it was an oversight. The one in the Player's handbook is the one to use.
