Missing Post

Thanks Strom, but I think it's not the good thread. I made a post where maybe my criticism of RttRoK maps and binding was a bit too harsh. I think it was deleted like harsh criticism of the 2nd Ed was censored. I can understand Mongoose's policy as they don't want to ruin the sales of a new product, but maybe they also should listen to the complaints of their regular customers. The map issue has been there from the beginning and NOTHING has been made to change that. RttRoK is an Atlas that contains almost no maps, can you imagine that? As for the physical quality of the books, it seems that it will take a while before Mongoose learn to master its new printing facility.
I'm complaining, I know, but I think that, as a regular customer of Mongoose products, I've got the right to do it. The text contents of RttRoK are great, no problems about that, and the added pages expends greatly the original book.
It is really a must have for new players and old fans like us are ready to spend 35 bucks for 80 pages (out of 272) of new material by our dear Mr D.
I simply wish Mongoose could pay more attention to the physical quality of their books. Conan 2nd Ed has been going the wrong way from the start (a 2nd Ed that not really a 2nd Ed, poor physical quality of the books, lots of reprints...). I really think that Mongoose should take back the wheel before the whole Conan licence crashes down...

As for the maps, my maps (which are 100% compatible with my text) are available on Thulsa's site. As for the text, thank you. I hope you feel the same about the Player's Guide to the Hyborian Age.

Yes Vincent, I know well about your maps posted on Thulsa's Site and I 'm really fond of them. I'm just so pissed off 'cause I got the feeling Mongoose is just ruining everything with this 2nd Ed.
As for the Player's Guide, I'll get it (as I got the rest). I just hope it just won't be D20 number crunching only (I'm not specially fan of the Hyboria's books, for instance...).
You really did a great job on RttRoK. The expanded section (almost 40 pages!) on the Black Kingdoms was really needed.

Thanks. I hate d20 number crunching also, so there is little of that.
